NO HEADACHE-NO LONGER RECOMMEND L
I've been experiencing severe fatigue due to mold (Aspergillus Fumigatus) from my apartment. I'm very sensitive to caffeine, so I started out with a small serving and gradually reached full serving-no jitters! I can put a full serving in my smoothie and drink in the morning, sometimes dabbing more thru out the day and no side affects. I'm still experiencing symptoms from the mold, but this gets me through the day, along with other supplements.Maca is an excellent substitute for coffee and they have a high amount in this. Many other beneficial ingredients.I avoid buying "natural flavors", had no choice here. Not to my liking at all. Sometimes the taste grosses me out, other times it's ok. I try to avoid "natural flavors". After researching through many websites, one recommended by my doctor, it gave a list of what they could put in the natural flavors. All unhealthy. One is MSG.UPDATE: THREE YEARS LATER, LAST TWO ORDERS CAME WITH THOSE FLAKES AS SHOWN IN MY PICTURE. Maybe they were always there, but I didn't notice them as I often putting it in the smoothie. But looking at the reviews now, I see others added the same picture. Don't know the time frame.I began drinking it in my car, prior to going to gym. I started spitting out these little things. So I started straining it before I drink it. I will finish product, but I will no longer be re-ordering this.

Decent energy, terrible flavor
Powered me through a few workouts, but tasted like dehydrated, rotten fruit.

Energy
I love this pre-workout powder, it gives you lots of energy and you are guaranteed to have amazing workout. It doesn’t make your heart race, it doesn’t make your body tingle, nor does it make you crash.

Works well, Tastes pretty bad
I bought this as an organic energy source for backpacking. It works well, but honestly the taste of the tropical one is very similar to that weird vomit/bile taste.

Hey everyone! So here's some things to note about this pre-workout. In my past experience I've used C4 and Total War, and coming from that pre-workout, it's quite a difference.- Flavor: If you do not like beets or matcha green tea/tea, you probably won't like it. The taste in my opinion is earthy and slightly sweet, with a bit of grass. It's not overwhelming or overpowering, and tastes quite good. Of course this is subjective.- Energy: I've found that this preworkout gives me a slight boost in energy, especially when I am tired, but also found that it perks me up when I am already energized. Please note that this energy boost is NOT like Total War/C4, but rather gives you a "background" energy feeling that can be utilized for working out. If you are like me, who enjoyed TW/C4 but needed to lay off the copious amounts of caffeine, this is a good replacement.- Caffeine Rise/Crash: The caffeine effect provided has a slight presence when you first consume it, but no crash, rather-- a gradual decrease in your energy instead of it dumping all at once (like C4/TW). Additionally, for my nightly gym rats, you will not be up for 3-4 extra hours if you take this later at night, but it may impede your sleep SLIGHTLY whereas C4/TW will keep you up until sunrise. One scoop seems to have minimal effect on my sleep habits with it.- TLDR: That said, if you're looking for something to give you a HUGE caffeine surge that is presently known (an intense caffeine feeling), this isn't your product. It provides a more subtle energy, which is usable, but not near the dosage or material necessary to compare to C4/Total War. The subtle energy in my opinion is enough for someone to consistently take pre-workout, get the energy they need for their workout, and not get a severe caffeine addiction from it.- Further: For appropriate gains that my preworkout previously gave me, I would recommend you buy creatine monohydrate and BCAA (capsules). In combination, the creatine (for energy and endurance in the workout) and BCAA (for recovery and muscle growth) will fully encapsulate any lifter's goals. Also, for those of you complaining about it coming half empty. First off, it's half-full. Second, have you never eaten a bag of potato chips in your life? Stop crying about it, the actual powder supply is enough to last you a month of daily usage.I hope this helped. Ask any questions if you have any. Good luck!
