This stuff is magic! I use it for my restless leg. I put it on and my legs completely chill out (no pun intended!). You dont need a thick covering - it can be intense if you put to much on. It is the only product of its kind that I use. Works great for pain too! I very highly recommend!

Artic ice , is the number 1 product for me , as I unfortunately fell into poison oak it was up and down arms and legs the pain was incredible and it weeped terrible, the artic ice plus pain reliever, dried up my poison oak and helped me incredibly with my pain .

False advertisement it wasn't 2% it was 125% still for the most part a satisfying property still looking forward to experiencing the 2%

This is a scam! I ordered three packs of this gel, described as containing 2% menthol. Instead, I received a gel with a menthol content of 1.25%. This gel cannot be returned, so the options are a refund or a new delivery. I chose a refund because I didn't receive a guarantee that the new gel would be 2% menthol. Don't buy!

Not overpowering smell , but does the job .

Has a strong smell but dissipates after awhile. The menthol and other ingredients that makes your skin feel icy hot camouflage the pain and provide relief!
