Update 9/28/2023:The second of 6 units failed. After working fine for a while it died. After fully charging it, it powered off after the first attempt to pump soap. I emailed customer service a video of the problem and they quickly sent me a replacement. They said it looked like a PCB failure. A+ again for customer service.Original:After trying 2 of these for a while, I liked them a lot, bought more for the rest of the house, and gave some as gifts. They work great.The soap foam is good quality and dispenses quickly and reliably. I like that there are 3 settings for the amount of foam produced. I use the lowest setting.I recharge them every 2-3 months. It's super easy. There isn't really any warning of low battery though, so they might quit when you need them. I've learned that there's a slight change in the pump sound as the battery begins to run low, so that's when I charge them. However, I would prefer some kind of signal, such as the power button flashing red when the pump is used and the battery is starting to run low.They only dispense when a bare hand is under them. They don't unexpectedly dispense when the room lights are turned on like some competitors. They also don't work with gloved hands (think cleaning or painting).The later ones removed the brand logo for a cleaner look.My only real complaint is that they leave about a 1 inch diameter circle of dried soap on the counter after a while, right below the tube where the foam comes out. I don't ever see it drip, it happens sometime after each use. I assume it's just a bit of foam collapsing at the end of the tube and dripping out. That spot is something that needs to be cleaned regularly.You will need to occasionally pump some warm water through the pump to clean it out and keep it running well. If it starts to act like it is clogged, try doing that.One of my units died. The power light, control, and sensor still worked but the pump didn't make any sound or pump any soap. It was fully charged, it wasn't clogged, the motor just died. I contacted the seller, they requested a video of the problem, I sent the video, and they promptly sent a replacement that is working fine.

This works beautifully. Battery lasts a long time. Just need to clean out the filter from time to time. I actually was considering buying a second one that’s how well it worked.

The media could not be loaded. Updated: I bought this foam soap dispenser on September 5, 2022 and first week of last (May 2023), my daughter told me the soap dispenser does not work anymore. I tried to charge but I couldn't find the original charger so other micro USB, does not work because it's too short. I know I stored the original charge cable somewhere. Well, I found yesterday and let it charge over night. The light on the soap dispenser turned white....done charging. Put the cap back and use the soap dispenser, nothing work. The light does works (as you can see on the clip) but no soap come out. I assumed the motor is gone. I dropping 4 stars to 1 or zero if I could. My other brand foam soap dispenser ( I bought a month before this one) that I don't really like because when switch the setting for more or less soap does not work very well however still works while this one dead in 7 months not worth buying!Everything about this product seems working great. I don't know why my first two filled soap leaks when I hold sideways. However, this is my 3rd refill and does not leaks, as you can see from the clip, the sensor working very well as I tested each levels. However, you probably wonder why I didn't give 5 stars as other viewers. 2 stars dropped because of useless base designed. As you can see from the pictures, the base is wide and low which fall off easily. I can't imagine put this thing in the base and hang above the sink. There's nothing to hold. I thought there's a screw from the base to the soap dispenser but none exist. If you want to put this soap dispenser on the base, make sure you have good double side 3m tape or something to tie otherwise, the soap dispenser will go in the trash when fall.To the seller or designer if you going to make a base, make sure it's safe and secure your products from damage otherwise there's no needed even it's basic!

I love this soap dispenser! I have 3, and the quality of the foam is top-notch. It has 3 different soap amount dispensing options, which is nice. One dispenser is working great a year later, keeps a long charge, etc. The other 2 I had a few issues with, but received excellent customer service troubleshooting and got some great advice to run warm water through the dispenser at each refill. Thank you very much.
