Very useful item
This tray is brilliant for making sourdough baguettes. I used it first with a little fat and flour on it but then I realised I only needed a sprinkle of flour and rhe baguettes released perfe tryI live the little dimpled pattern it makes on rhe bottom. Well worth buying

Nice for baguettes
I never used a pan like this before. I've used it twice now, with parchment paper. I'm happy that it dies not have a non-stick surface that may flake off. I'm happy.

Works but sticks
This worked really well but the bread stuck completely.

Good baguette pan
Good pan for small-medium baguettes. Company recommended brushing pan with oil and sprinkle flour on it but the oil burned on the pan is as hard to clean off. Next time Iβll just use flour
