Q: Which color shall any one choose, what is sc 2 or sc 3? how do we decide which one to purchase?

sc (secret camouflage) 3 is for medium skin tones, sc 2 for lighter, sc 4 darker. They range from 1 for very light to 8 for very dark. #3 seems to be the most neutral, therefore the most popular. i often have a hard time finding it anywhere except on line.

Q: Do you use this all over face? Or solely as a concealer?

Concealer only. Too heavy for foundation. Can be used for spot concealing though.

Q: Is SC4 really good for tan colored skin? I'm hispanic and exactly the tan - will this work for me?

Hello, I'd suggest that SC4 is good for light tan skin tones. I am "tan" as well and go back and forth between SC5 and SC5+6 (mixing) during the summer.
