Meh. A fine toy for the $4, but overpriced at MSRP
The character design is fun and the articulation is reasonable for a figure this size but below standard (lacking waist, ab, and double elbows and knees). The accessories can't really be held well in his hands, nor can the be stored on him. The biggest downside to this figure is the tail, which is a different type of plastic and feels incredible cheap and I expect will degrade before too long.

It's A Fish...Action Figure.
Bought a couple of this line of action figures on Amazon Day. El Ray's pretty cool, good size, details and posability. Good weaponry if not a little unusual. Lights up on his chest to show electric powers. Stands okayish with the right pose. Very reminding of the fish guy on the older "Hellboy" movies. Fish and Chips anyone?

Great Figure with cool head and trident
This is a quality action figure with some very cool items and detailing, especially in the face. Awesome for playing with in battles. A lot is people say that his head pops off when adjusted, but that is only because it is molded separately and then placed on top of a ball on his body. If this happens to your figure do not stress and just put it back on.

The 3 year old child I bought it for loves it
See the headline. It seems to me to be of good quality and since he loves it, that makes it a 5 star toy
