It literally fell apart a year later
This thing isn't capable of handling 550lbs. I'm a fat ass but I'm far below that threshold. First all the butt padding went flat. Then the casters started breaking, so i replaced them with heavy duty steel and polystyrene ones. Then the particle board broke, leaving the seat lopsided and loose. Then the legs snapped off.The only pro...it looks nice. But looks are deceiving. If you're a big or tall person, don't cheap out like I did. This chair's claims are grossly over exaggerated.

Weak bracketry bends eaisly.
The chair itself is comfy, However the back brace is of poor quality and bent eaisly within first week of use. Chair was rated to 550lbs which is why i bought it in the first place (I weighed at the time 325lbs), and while it will hold that sitting straight up with no movement it was not a good product for someone who wants to use all the functions such as being able to lean back. It would be fine for someone who is 6' and 180lbs probably.
