Overall really awesome..I use it in my kids room. Only downfall is battery life and once in a great while the camera turning off but overall really good and customer service is so awesome and replaced my cameras for free when they malfunctioned

I received my Cozy Infant deluxe baby monitor set a few days ago. Ithas exceeded my expectations in terms of design, quality, features andprice. Typically to get a baby camera/monitor set with all thesefeatures it looked like it was going to cost well over $200 or even$250. At $169 this was a great value and I was so pleased to get thismonitor with its remote pan/tilt, night vision, lullabies and evenbuilt in temperature sensor! One of the best benefits I discovered wasthe fact that both the battery operated Remote and camera can becharged up and operate cordless which eliminates unsightly anddangerous cords! Picture quality is tremendous also. Bravo "CozyInfant"

This is the first time I bought a video baby monitor, I always had the traditional audio monitor - the idea to SEE the baby not only tolisten gives me a great level of comfort knowing that I can be busy with any tasks i need to do around the house and my child is safe. I did do some research before buying this unit and found it to be the best value for the price, mainly the remote pan and tilt feature to see several angels of the room and the 3.5 inch screen, that wasimportant for me. As for quality so far it looks durable and works around my house if we have any problems we will update, but so far it seems to be a good product and a great price too !!!

I love this Cozy Infant deluxe baby monitor set! We have a newborn son and we were not happy with the features and prices of monitors in the stores, so when we can and searched on Amazon this appeared to be one of the best values. It set up instantly...I placed the camera near our son's crib in his room upstairs and went downstairs with the monitor and the picture on the large screen was clear and the two way audio and pan/tilt feature worked great. Even the LED lights that came on when viewing at night did not wake or disturb our baby. What impressed me the most was their thoughtfulness to make the camera also cordless and battery operated for safety and peace of mind. We will surely recommend this camera/ monitor to our friends with infants or who are expectining!

I received this as a gift May 2014. Right out of the box the camera works fine, but the battery does not work. I left if to charge for an entire day and as soon as you unplug it the camera dies. I called customer service 6/2/2014 and the customer service listed in the manual stated that they were on a 2 day vacation and there was no one to discuss the situation. The customer service person (Steve Gordon) then said to call back Friday. Also, he stated that the best they could do is have me mail the camera into them at a carrier rate and have them repair the product. He also instructed that the best thing to do is to call amazon to return the product.Pros:Visually the camera works fine.Camera angling works.Infrared works.Cons:Camera does not hold charge as advertisedSignificant amount of white noise with the receiver.I will attempt to have this product return through amazon... Awesome.

My son and daughter in law said this worked awesome!! It was a CHRISTMAS gift to them last year!! They were impressed!!
