I was surprised how effective this product was. I was trying to dry Daikon (long white radish, cut into French fries size) for my Korean side dish. I simply hang it up outside and it took 2-3 days to dry and most important, no bugs got inside. I love it and I'm so glad I ended up getting the 3 tray, not 2 tray.

It’s large, plenty of room to dry lots of stuff. Definitely need a place to hang it from that provides lots of space around it and out of the sun

Works great! Dried a bunch of herbs from the garden. I live in the south where its humid, so things were drying pretty slowly. I would recommend bringing it inside and using a paperclip to hang it from an air conditioning vent. That way the cold, dry air will blow over the herbs and dry them faster (and avoid mold).I'm not sure I'd try fruit or anything too wet... maybe if I lived in the desert or the rockies

I was disappointed that there was no paperwork with this product. No, suggestions on how to clean it, what amount of weight it will hold, etc. No list of what materials were used in manufacturing it.

This hanging net was the perfect solution to my outdoor solar powered drying shed. Instead of trying to add more drying shelves and buy food grade materials, I ordered this hanging tray. I added some eye hooks and cable to the inside of my structure and now have it suspended from a pulley system to raise and lower it out of my way. Great way to utilize the unused area near the roof of the shed. Also great way to keep small insects away from the dehydrating fruits and veggies.

I have one of these hanging from a rolling rack and use it for drying apples! It works perfectly and I usually have dried apples in about 2 days after placing them inside. Thinking about buying a couple more!
