I was very skeptical and hesitant about these....but finally decided to pull the trigger. I've not used them at a show yet, but did test at home and they worked great. I am using these with an Enttec DMXIS. I read the reviews where someone said to make sure you plug in the transmitter first; which I did - then verified the color (channel) that it was on...then started powering up the receivers and setting them to the same color and they immediately started working perfectly. Responded as fast as regular DMX cables. Keep in mind that if you're picking these up and going to daisy chain some other lights to one that you will need a terminator. I did let these charge up well before I did anything with them (I only tested them on battery power because that was the main selling point to me. If I change my opinion of these after using them live; I'll update my review...but so far - I'm super happy that I got these and look forward to using these live. UPDATE: So, I've had these for quite a while now (the wireless, charging kind). I've done several shows with these (we typically do 3 one hour sets with 30 minute breaks; so they're on and running for a good 4+ hours a night. These work fantastic and I never have issues with them. I have some plugged right into some movers on totems (don't forget a terminator!) and then I've got some daisy chained to some pars on trees. Never a problem. Super fast at changes and no timing issues when triggering via DAW thru DMXIS VST for show automation. Don't hesitate buying these - they're great. All you have to do is set each one to the same color (I guess that's how to sync them all on the same channel) and power up the receivers before the transmitter.

these are great! I've used them several times and they're just incredible. They have enough power to do an event, but if you need to plug them in because the lights are staying up, you just have to add a way to get the little devices plugged in. I've yet to use the multiple channels attribute, but plan to use it to run a second universe for my DMX. Here’s a huge plus, if you start a string of Daisy chain lights, you can run it with one of these wireless devices.

I purchased this item to eliminate the need for running DMX cables at gigs. The items look to be very well made in a substantial metal enclosure. At first it looked like I had received an extra power supply but discovered that I only received 6 receivers (Kit should contain 7). I configured the TX / RX channel and sync'd the receivers to the transmitter. 2 of the units refuse to sync on any of the 7 available channels. They flash briefly (2 sec.) indicating sync and then return to a solid LED display indicating no sync. The 4 units that did sync worked flawlessly and I am very pleased. I have requested a replacement shipment that arrives in a couple days. I'll update my review after the replacement arrives.

This wireless DMX system works flawless. The range extends a pretty far distance. I have these hooked up with an Airstream DMX and my iPad. My par cans are now much easier to setup and control. I would definitely recommend these to any mobile DJ or production company. BTW... Customer service is top notch!!

Was skeptical to try these but for the money was worth it. So surprised! These have been amazing. Have done 5, 4 hour shows with these as a 5 piece band. We have had zero issues. Responsive and battery has been amazing. We now have twelve of them and they all work flawlessly. We turn them on 2 hours before the show and they last all night. Approx 7 hours and no battery problems!
