They really are worth the hype!
It’s well known that these are probably the most expensive coloured pencils on the market, but I can see why. Even the box and trays the beauties are nestled in are pure class. Each pencil sits snugly in its holder and the trays (which are really sturdy) have a piece of soft foam covering them. The pencils feel so comfortable and well made to hold and during swatching the colours, I discovered that they have a unique colour - Titanium Buff - which is the perfect highlight colour for Caucasian skin! They play down like butter and blend beautifully. Whilst they are softer than Polychromos, they are still sharp enough for details. I haven’t even finished swatching them as I am layering up each swatch (they can take A LOT of layers) and I want to demonstrate that with my swatch pages.

So good
Any professional artist knows the name and the quality of this brand. These pencils are no different. For the beginner I would say they are a sound investment but try a few open source ones first to see if they suit you. Then, just go ahead they are the dogs gonads.

Lovely pencils
Very pleased with these pencils. The quality is brilliant and I love that they are laid out according to the shade. One thing I don' t like is they have a number on the pencils but you to look either on line or a separate sheet of paper to put the number with an actual colour. I would prefer both the colour and the number to be written on each pencil, would save a lot of time. Very good to work with, slide on the paper smoothly. An awful lot cheaper from this Amazon seller than anywhere else I could find. Thank you for reading my review, I do hope it helped you.

Not v good value for money but perform well
These are ridiculously pricey and for the money, not that great. I was expecting more blendability. They'll never lose their colour on paper which I guess is what you're paying for but honestly, I've used the standard primascolour ones and they're equally as blendable. I was hoping for buttery softness that glides across the paper. Oh well. Complete more paintings to justify the cost.

Amazing
This product is not the best for beginners but if your an experienced coloured pencil artist these pencils are definitely worth it and if your selling them the colours will not fade which is even better! Definitely recommend

Perfect colour pencils!
These are the best colour pencils I’ve ever had! Lots of colours, great colour richness on papers, easy to mix and can put on different layers!

These pencils live up to their high reputation and reviews from professional artists. I am so pleased I purchased these high quality artist quality pencils. The glide on smooth and build up smooth layers. They are super pleasant to use. It's often scary to spend a lot of money on a single set of pencils, but these certainly live up to all the hype. The range of colours is complete and if you had a colour that wasn't in the set, you'd have no problems blending those in the set to come up with the colour you'd want with little to no difficulties. You won't be disappointed if you add this set to your art supplies. The set came well packaged and protected
