I used these as an easy way to mount directional signs for a dinner event at a hotel. The dark mat boards gave the printed signs an elegant edge and enhanced their visibility. They are light weight yet strong, and worked well on the small sign easels provided by the hotel.

Still using them for my art projects! Great for dioramas.

These worked very well. They have a good thickness and are very sturdy good if you need to put anything on foam board

I actually used these to build a modern backsplash for my tv. It covers the ugly wall mount and homes in the wall, while gives the dark background needed to really get my 4K hdr picture to pop. I used hot glue to mount them, which has come up in a few places, but I could easily use a stronger bonding agent and not have that issue. I keep a box of these handy for other odds snd ends, I even used them to cover the back of my desk and hide the wires and printer. Double sided tape works well for that use. These are well made, thick and evenly cut. They are versatile, and the value is solid.

I ordered these to help decide which paint colors to use on the walls. They are a nice bright white so the colors look pure. I used two coats of paint and when the boards dried, they weren't flat any more. Not a huge problem but...we could move them around to different walls and view different combinations of colors from our chosen palette. Worked for the purpose for which they were purchased.

Have been using a lighter weight 'backing board' for pastel paintings, and they are really cheap- so thought I'd try these- these work much better and hold up much better and easier to cut to size- Glad i gave them a try- just wish they came precut to various standard sizes like 9x12
