I usually buy fresh papaya which works perfectly for digestive issues. I eat the seeds and fruit but was getting tired of it so I bought this thinking I could replace the fresh fruit. I was wrong. After 4 days of using this product and no bowel movement I had to go buy fresh papaya. I finished the bottle but don't know what this is supposed to do. It doesn't get the intestines going and I didn't notice any other improvements in my health. Just didn't work.
