Good quality, amazing value

I like to wear a good quality shirt from either Charles Tyrwhitt, Thomas Pink or TM Lewin and these typically come with a slot in the collar to insert "bones" to keep it stiff during the day.Sometimes I forget to remove the "bones" when I put them in the wash and it is annoying when you realise that they have disappeared during the wash cycle. I have no idea where they go but suspect they end up somewhere inside my Hotpoint Aquarius and will, at some point, do damage to its internal mechanisms.I have lost a few of these now but didn't realise you can actually buy replacements until I stumbled across these here on Amazon. Well for a pound I thought it was worth a try and I am very pleased that I did. These are high quality stiffeners made of real brass (some in my shirts are steel and others plastic) and they slot into place quite nicely. Prompt delivery in a little envelope too so no excess packaging unlike some Amazon purchases. My collars are stiff again and I am happy. Nothing not to like here.
