TPOHH Blue Jewel Color 100% Pure Silk Fabric Charmeuse Fabrics by The Pre-Cut 1 Yard for Sewing Clothing Width 44 inch

Ordered a yard of this to dye to coordinate with one of my leather purses and sew into scarves to tie on the handles. I love ice dyeing silk and this fabric took the dye beautifully (if this had been polyester, this method of dyeing would not have taken at all) and handled as I would usually expect from silk charmeuse. It's not the highest quality silk I've ever worked with, but for the price and shipping convenience it was totally worth it.

Die reine Seide ist jeden Cent wert! Sie besitzt einen wunderbaren Glanz, eher wie Seidensatin, nicht wie Seidenkrepp. Selbst in der Farbe Champagner ist dieser Stoff trotz der Leichtigkeit und hellen Farbe überraschend blickdicht (auf keinen Fall zu vergleichen mit der herkömmlichen Seide für Seidenmalerei). Ich bin begeistert. Und für die Kritiker dieses Stoffes, die nicht an einen Seidenstoff geglaubt haben: Ja, dieser Stoff ist so fein gewebt, dass man durchaus denken könnte, dass es sich hierbei um eine Kunstfaser handelt, aber spätestens die Brennprobe zeigt: Hier schmilzt kein Polyester, sondern hier kokelt ein Naturprodukt (puh, was für ein Geruch!). Diesen Trick hat mit meine Mutter, eine Schneiderin, mit auf meinen Weg gegeben!
