The velcro is so handy for keeping it on while I move around or drive. Fabric is soft. Wish the beads didn't shift so much. But plenty of beads so still getting good amount of heat after I microwave it.

I originally bought this a while ago to use as a heated neck wrap to relieve pain and tension. It worked okay but didn't stay hot very long. Fast forward, I am now putting it in the freezer and using it for cold therapy - it's amazing for hot flashes and migraines. It gets surprisingly cool and feels wonderful. I love it!!

This Heat Wrap is very good & does Soothe Neck Pain, Its lovely & Soft. The Velcro Fastener at the front us a good idea as you can walk around with it on securely..won't fall off! The only thing I found wrong with it as it feels quite Heavy around your neck but that's withstandable & doesn't outweigh the Comforting Heat it gives. I still recommend buying it...good purchase..worth it!

This neck heating pad works very well. It is a little heavy, but does settle comfortably around your neck and just below the back of the neck. It does suit my needs. Also, the service was excellent as I ordered it in the morning and it was delivered late afternoon of the same day, so I was able to use it that same night.

I'm glad I got this to replace the electric heating pad I had previously purchased. Theres no weird smell to this and I can walk around with it on. It has a very nice weight to it which I find comforting. Heat retention is pretty good. I've seen a lot of reviews complaining about the product catching fire. I have not experienced that myself but I also don't get this wet or get food on it and I make sure to place it on a large plate in a microwave with rotation. I put 30 sec on and flip it until I reach desired temp. I will say that initially it won't feel that hot but once you put it on you can really start to feel the heat so do not put it in microwave for too long. Follow directions that come with it and put it in for an additional 30 sec if still not hot enough.
