Nice Taste But quite sweet
The gummies are nice and I've noticed my hair getting much thicker, my nails are growing quicker too. I'm on my second bottle so it has to be taken for a while to see how effective it really is. It helps if you do head massages with a little oil to encourage blood circulation and promote hair growth. I plan on taking gummies for a year, as I have hair goals in mind.
