After using it for a while , I must say it's good, it reduces bloating and gives you boost of energy. Loved the flavor as well, not tasty though but it's not bad.

I bought this to try to get some more vitamins in my life. I started off taking it with breakfast and felt fine for a few days. Then i started to get a scratchy throat, cough, and a whole bunch of phlegm. The next thing I know I have bumps all over my arms and legs. I assumed it was from a vacation to an area with bugs, but my condition kept getting worse. My wife looked at the ingredients and there are a lot of grasses, I have seasonal allergies (never been tested officially). We can only assume that I was having an allergic reaction causing the phlegm and hives. I have stopped taking it and my condition has improved drastically. Good luck to those that can drink this, I think it has some great potential health benefits, but if you have allergies, check the ingredients first.

So, the first time you mix this up, be prepared because it is quite green. But looks can be deceiving—this stuff tastes great! The Berry is the best flavor, IMO, and I would recommend a mixer bottle or something with a lid to shake it up for mixing. It stays kind of clumpy with just a spoon.

Read several reviews and this was suggested as the best tasting alternative to AG1. We chose the berry flavor. While I'm impressed with the way the product dissolves, and hope that the actual product is close to as healthy as claimed, both my wife and I are put off by the flavor of the artificial sweetener. If this isn't something that you're sensitive to then you may love the flavor, but for me I really can't stand artificial sweetener flavor. I'd really rather have completely unsweetened and just let me add sugar or honey or something on my own.

I absolutely love this stuff! Not only is it amazing and beneficial to your health. It tastes amazing! I've also never had a problem with clumping. Keeps things regular too!
