making dough for years, now improving it
The media could not be loaded. I have a new pizza oven and happy with my dough, but wanted to make it better if possible. I took a punt on this gadget and wow! My dough has a completely different texture. this gadget will make you happy.

Dough hook
The media could not be loaded. This dough hook is a great upgrade to the one that came with my kitchen aid mixer, it works the dough in the bottom of the bowl for much longer, no longer have to hand neaf my bread, a big plus.

Game changer
Shipped from the US to the UK so I was worried about the quality and if it would fit. I didn’t have to worry about both it fits fine and the quality looks better than Kitchen Aids tools. Using for the first time and I could tell the difference straight away the dough did not rise up the tool and just stayed at the bottom helping with the needing. I would highly recommend.

A Must Have for bread makers
Anyone that uses a KitchenAid mixer for making bread needs this hook, the hook that comes with the machine helps kneading but doesn’t finish the job I always ended up finishing off the kneading by hand. I was a bit unsure about buying something that wasn’t a genuine part I shouldn’t have been it fits perfect and really does the job well.I am really pleased I got it, it has changed my bread making for the better the dough is good and saves time kneading.

Packing and Surface
Poor packing, the surface of the hook is scratched a bit, seems not a brand new. Base on it, it is so pricey.
