Hard to review stuff like this as there’s no real discernible metric for whether they’re doing any good or not, or, indeed…what’s actually contained inside the capsule. However, price wise, it’s hard to beat, especially comparing to H&B prices.

The reviews I've seen have accounted for results in a few weeks...I've now been taking these for 2 months and the most startling thing is my fingernails have gone back to a nice pink purple colour and the ''half moons" are distinct again...I feel great too :-D recommend
