These are great.
I have both in use and mining away. I have one powered by 6 pin and one powered with sata (not ideal but works). I have had zero issues with the operation of these. The only thing I would change is the flashing light like why? There is a switch that turns all but one of the lights off but that one is just flashing away I cover it up but why does a mining device need bling lighting…

Flashy LEDs, but manufacture/assembly could be better
solder joints on PCI inserts make contact with PCI inserts in neighboring slot (mining motherboard). Had to file down and use matchbook covers to keep from contacting each other.

Two arrived not working
Two of these did not work and I spend endless hours troubleshooting until I received different risers that work. It was deceiving because the LED's lit but pcie slot it wouldn't recognize GPU.

Half way DOA
Got a 2 pack to try these risers out. The design is nice. However, after troubleshooting and mixing and matching, the USB/PCIe MOBO connectors were dead on arrival. Once I swapped those out with others I had laying around the GPUs fired up just fine. The riser itself has a nice design in my opinion and that portion works fine. Upon purchase you'd expect everything to completely function out of the packaging.

Problemi seri di compatibilità
Buongiorno,dopo aver passato letteralmente ''notti insonni'' a capire perchè il rig era instabile, problemi di configurazione e problemi di setting dell' overclock, ho sostituito questi riser con un modello ''cinesissimo'' ed ora funziona perfettamente.In pratica ho acquistato 2 scatole da 6, tra i piu' costosi su amazon a 10 condensatori.....li collego alla mainboard e superate le 3 schede non mi leggeva i dati relativi alle schede, ma il solo dispositivo pci.Penso che è un problema della scheda madre, acquisto un nuovo modello che supporta 12 gpuSpesi 240 euro piu del previsto legge le 5 schede collegate, provo con i soliti parametri OC, le schede scaldano tantissimo e crashano dopo pochi minuti.dopo qualche test mi muore una scheda..........Cambio distro ma in questo caso non mi avvia il serverxProvo la terza distro,le temp migliorano ma scalda ancora troppo....Verifico con il comando amd-info e vedo che malgrado imposto i setting di overclock, non vengono applicati e le schede lavorano male, pensando che il problema fosse driver-software ho perso diversi giorni in test ecc.....Alla fine provo una scheda di un altro rig con riser da 2 euro e funziona benissimo, rimetto quello nuovo e bam........Pessimi riser, difettosi entrambi i lotti.Ho bruciato una scheda video e comprato inutilmente una MB,RAM e CPU da 240 euroUn mio parere personale, lasciate perdere e acquistate altro anche a 6 condensatori, sono sicuramente piu affidabili.Se ci fossero ulteriori sviluppi aggiornerò la recensione.Alessio
