I don't often write reviews so this is an exception for an excellent product. I purchased many similar devices for likefor my camper van. After trying this, I quickly purchased a second for my home. It is quick and efficient. In my camper van, this is my main cooking device. I cook omelets, salmon, saute spinach, fry ground beef, cook burgers, make naan pizzas - honestly, there is not much I can't make in this. The feature to adjust the top and bottom is a feature not found on many devices. Trust me, I've tried many. This is easy to store and easy to clean once you figure it out. Highly recommend.

It is like an electric skillet with a heated lid. It heats up fast, and is great for making breakfast of eggs and bacon, then a grilled cheese for lunch, and heating up leftovers for dinner. Next great wraps and hot sandwiches. I’m actually thinking of buying a second one. Cleans with paper towel. Save so much work of cleaning the stove and pots and pans. Great item. I haven’t even used it in the opening the lid for two grill surfaces yet.

I love this little gridle and would recommend you give a try. It's easy to clean and very sturdy. The non stick surface is a durable surface that's easy to clean and maintain, not a light flimsy coating like others. You'll need a little practice to cook without over cooking but it isn't hard to master after you figure out how to adjust them. Think faster cooking and cooler kitchens. The temp regulation tends to favor a higher temp. You will save money by buying the ingredients for a golden arch style original Mickee Dee egg Mac and cooking it yourself. Super fast and you control the quality of hour food. Love it so much I plan to gift a few friends with one next holiday season. If you enjoy fast easy cooking then this might be your next time saver.

First off I want to say why I bought this. I live in a large travel trailer fulltime. Our window AC unit went out and we had to use the overhead AC roof unit, which made it impossible to use the propane stove because it blew the gas flames down. We don't use the microwave so instead of of a induction plate high in EMF, I looked on Amazon for something I could use for cooking. I came across this searching for indoor griddles and read the reviews. I thought why not, I do return stuff that doesn't work.First off, the color I got looks more like baby poo, but I don't mind since I can store it in a cupboard.I use this thing almost everyday!It's fast, easy to clean and cooks fantastic. So far I've made flat bread, pizza, turkey bacon, hot dogs, scalloped potatoes, cheese crisps, pancakes, eggs, and so much more.I cook from scratch and use this mostly for pizza dough, pancakes and breads. Today I made taco meat and the flavor and time it took was fantastic. I was worried about cooking time with this, but my taco meat was tender and seasoned in less then 15 minutes. Using the lid heated quickens the time and keeps flavor and moistness in the food. I just pray it lasts.Cleans with a soapy rag. First I wipe it out with paper towels, then my soapy bamboo cloth. Then spray with distilled water and dry. I use bamboo utensils on mine.I haven't used both sides yet as a grill, it takes a lot of counter space for that but I'm sure I will for a game day dinner. The cord is long enough and heavy duty.If your looking for a versatile grill that can store upright, you should try this one.There is no cooking recipes or instruction so it may be challenging for beginners. Seasoned chefs will enjoy finding stuff to cook on it.

Company claims “ The upper and lower pans can be controlled independently, you can switch to the mode you like…” this is absolutely false. The top and bottom are either both ON or OFF, nothing independent about them at all. I called Amazon product support and they asked me if the company had the wrong description! How would I know if the description is wrong or not? What I know is that it doesn’t work the way they claim it should. It’s just a regular griddle that turns on/off . The only difference is that you can control the temp. Amazon is sending me a replacement to see if just this one I received is defective or the company just uses false advertising.
