My hair used to grow to my mid-back and stopped. Since I started taking these vitamins, about 3 months ago; my hair is growing, getting fuller and looks healthier. My boyfriend told me over the weekend, he loves how long my hair is getting. By the way, DO NOT take these vitamins in an empty tummy ... please make sure you take them with food. I’m losing my hair and COVID accelerated the loss when I got it a year ago. My hair has not come back, thought I’d try these vitamins because what the aitch? It hasn’t helped after about six weeks, but I don’t take it three times a day like they want you to. I do take it with a Centrum Silver so I’m tanked up in vitamins.

Where to start.. this vitamin has been my holy grail. I’m in my 30s and I noticed my hair was thinning and ignored it thinking it would just get better. Well, unfortunately it didn’t. I took my time, visited my dermatologist, did my research and landed on this vitamin. I will say at first my stomach had a hard time digesting it but after about a month it got much better (please take them with food). My hair is now growing on my hairline where I haven’t seen hair in years. It takes time though. They are baby hairs, but clearly your hair has to start somewhere. I’m on month three of taking these. I would also like to note that it was recommended to me to also take omega 3 which I am taking in combination which I believe has also helped. It may not be for everyone but unfortunately there is no quick fix to hair growth. Be consistent, it will pay off!

I’ve tried to make this product work for about a month. I started noticing some bloating so I stopped taking it for a few weeks after eliminating other things that could cause this issue. I went back on it, things seemed to be fine and I noticed mild bloating but nothing major. Now after a few weeks I’m convinced this supplement could be the reason. My body has major bloating, my skin has started breaking out and my body has also been trying to sweat out whatever it is causing the problem.I’m not sure if anyone else has had these similar issues but after reading the reviews I did notice that there were complaints of skin and stomach issues. I thought I would pass along this info.

The vitamins have stopped hair from shedding and I have noticed some growth. I will continue to take them and monitor my growth on this journey. The only dislike is the price. But overall good product.

These vitamins are fantastic. I waited for quite some time before giving a review, but now that I've been using this product for over a year I can honestly say it works! I was noticing significant hair loss, so I initially looked into a competing brand when I saw this brand, which actually received better reviews. It was also less expensive then the competition. You'll notice a change within 3-6 months of using. Even my hair dresser noticed a big difference. The only downside is a not so great aftertaste, but nothing that would keep you from using. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
