Doesnt work
This remote doesnt work. The item description says its eligible for return but thats a lie as it just shows option to troubleshoot the issue or replace with same item. I dont want same item i just want to return this but there is no option given. Also the product quality feels super cheap. Very disappointed with the service and product.
