High quality and works seamless
So far so good with this faucet. The sensor is super intuitive and the few controls are very easy to use. The look and feel of the sink are amazing, and the ability to add pressure with the button is a real nice touch.

Sturdy, stylish, and powerful
I very much like how this looks--it fits into just about any decoration scheme, without being over-the-top. The spray feature works even when the water pressure is very low, so I can clean out between the sink and the counter in my under-the-counter mounted sink without spraying water all over the kitchen. The water hits where you want it to in the sink--close to the drain so you don't splash yourself--but the pull out allows you to target the full sink (or beyond). The finish goes very well with my other stainless steel appliances, and also goes well with the brushed nickel knobs and pulls. I enjoy being able to fill pots faster by pushing a button. The only learning curve for me is getting used to the spray vs. stream setting remaining on after you stop the water. I've sprayed a few things inadvertently, when I meant for the water to stream. But that is easy to get used to. Finally, I like the company. I recently had a very old Kohler bathroom sink leak--and the company sent me the parts I needed to replace, without charge. Good produce, good service.

Shockingly Awful
I normally don't write reviews. Especially one star reviews. But I just feel I had to do it for this product to hopefully divert somebody from making the same mistake I did.I am the type that will spend days and weeks researching an item before making a purchase. Based on my diligence, this item constantly came on top of lists. I went for it.Packaging was what you would expect. Everything was clearly labeled and well protected. However, the installation process was quite cumbersome. The installation of the control box is a nightmare with wires all over the place and a high risk of getting the electrical components wet during it. The first faucet that I tried didn't work at all on the electronic side. The second faucet came with the wrong color. The third and final faucet arrived completely intact and fully functional.Well, functional isn't really the right word. The application is horrible. From initially conducting to the faucet and linking to Google Assistant, to actually getting any voice commands to work. It is so bad that you simply will give up on ever trying to use it. The wand also wouldn't retract at all. It's as if I had to force it inward every time and was damaging something.Where's the finish. Nothing about it is spotless. I feel like I stain it just by looking at it. I have had Delta faucets that were less than $100 and prevented spotting way more. It makes my high-end kitchen look so dirty every time.I have never been so disappointed in a product in quite some time. Definitely did not expect this out of Kohler. I have some of their other faucets in my bathrooms and I am quite happy with it. I went with a Moen Cian faucet as a replacement and have not looked back. The installation is super easy. The application is awesome! You can operate the via the sensor or manually without having to close and reopen the handle. The finish is a stain proof as you can expect. And the voice commands are flawless with a lot more functionality. You can establish any presets you would like in terms of a volume. By calibrating it manually. You can tell the faucet to dispense specific temperatures and volumes. Etc.Kohler has a long way to go to catch up to Moen on the voice command side of things. Very surprising!

This would only happen in our family
First, I love the faucet. This is our third Kohler touchless faucet, and it's the only brand I will buy after using friend's and family's faucets. It looks great, and we love the touchless feature. It's a game changer in the kitchen. So imagine my disappointment when it was finally installed (entirely correctly) and then failed to work. After a lot of troubleshooting on our side, we realized that where the sensor should be on the underside of the curve in the neck of the faucet there is just a hole!! You can even see the braided hose inside (see photo). We have no idea what happened. Our friend checked her faucet's sensor and said she cannot imagine how it could fall out. She felt you'd have to pry it out with a screwdriver if you wanted it gone. Did this one get manufactured without it? We are completely baffled. I'm not sure what to do now since we've installed it and tossed the box. It's still a nice faucet, but I bought it for the touchless feature. I'm going to contact Kohler but I'm not sure if they will help since I purchased it on Amazon. So if you get one that doesn't work and you've done everything else right, check the sensor!

Love this faucet
This is so easy to use! We added this to our new bathroom with more of a utility sink in order to bath the dog! So far I am pleased with our choice. Nice quality and well worth the money

Great sink and excellent customer service from our seller.
The Fossett is exactly what we ordered. We’re really happy with it and love how it works. Even so this review is less about the Fossett and more about the seller. Unfortunately, a part was missing when it was shipped and we didn’t realize it until once the plumber was here. We understand things happen during packaging and things get messed. We contacted the seller, and they instantly gave us a credit for the purchase of a replacement part, which we had already done to expedite matters. I am confident that if we had contacted them, they probably would’ve shipped us the piece, but since we needed it in a hurry and had purchased it, it was great just to get a refund for the difference. Great customer service I would buy from them again .

Loving it - love the booster feature and spray!
This faucet works like a charm!! Came with a plate to cover a prior 3-hole installation, and everything works super smoothly. Love the easy magnetic attachment - it's what had me choose Kohler over other brands that had a ring to re-attach the sprayer. Winner all around.

Smooth Operator
I Love the Kohler Crue K-22972-2MB, pull down kitchen sink faucet in the brushed modern brass!I did quite a bit of research before committing to this purchase. I’m happy I finally went with this model and make.Super easy and straight forward installation, which I did myself, the only struggle I had was uninstalling the old faucet, which was so old it got stuck, but I finally got through it.The Kohler Crue - Pull Down is a real smooth operator. Makes for an enjoyable experience while using it.I appreciate the ball/swivel attachment between the sprayer head and the pull down cable, for smooth movement and flexibility when rinsing around the sink. I also appreciate the magnetic docking of the sprayer head, which helps the sprayer head snap back into position satisfyingly smoothly.I very much use and enjoy the boost button to speed up filling or add more water stream pressure to clean. In general I was concerned the water would splash around a lot, upon impact on dishes or with the bottom of the sink, because of what seemed like a high faucet head placement, that combined with potentially strong water pressure…Fortunately it has not been an issue for me, there’s some but not excessive and is controllable with the faucet handle, it definitely does not produce any more than the previous faucet I had did, if not less.I paired the Kohler Crue Faucet with the Kohler Duostrainer K-8801-2MB (drain strainer and basket), two times for both sides of the sink. I would recommend this as it really completes the look and pairs two quality products with great functionality together. After a few weeks of use, my experience of the Kohler Crue…It feels and functions like a quality product and the style looks great!

the button stuck after 5 months only the pressure water works
I bought it end of Jan 2022, today after almost 5 months use the pressure button stuck inside. Now we have only high pressure water and water splash everywhere. It was great for my big sink, but I expect the quality of product be much better than working 5 months.so, it does not worth value at all.
