I had purchased just 4 of these blind boxes & received a duplicate. NONE of the 4 were Harry. I didn't want to keep buying the single packs & getting multiple duplicates, so I splurged on the whole set. I belong to a rewards program that earns me free Amazon gift cards, so I was able to save up to purchase the Hogwarts gang & these sets do go on sale from time to time. Yes, it's a bit crazy to spend so much on toys/collectibles, but one day Pop Mart will discontinue this line & even unboxed toys will be worth something. (This is what I keep telling myself anyway)If you want all 12 of the characters, just get the set. Buying 1 or 2 boxes at a time will cost you more money in the long run. It seems Amazon is already having trouble keeping 1 & 3 packs restocked & they might be discontinued sooner rather than later. Of course there is no real "surprise" with the 12 pack (each character is unique) unless you get the "secret" character.All the characters are adorable, (even Voldemort & Nagini) detailed (Harry & Minerva have lenses in their glasses) & are high quality. One tiny complaint - I wish they would've made Snape or Neville instead of Fluffy - but, whatever.***My set is displayed around the Harry Potter Boxed Set - Children's Edition books.***

It’s a very cute new addition to my Harry Potter collection, this is my first one out of all of them. The details seem to be correct and it seems to be pretty good quality which is always a good thing! The Draco character comes with a clear stand so it looks like he is flying on the broom. (Is part of the picture) One thing I would change about this item is that they wouldn’t have the small rectangular book more thing. You find out what you have by seeing it before even opening the package that covers the character. Regardless this is a fun little surprise and I will most likely buy another.UPDATE: A few weeks later I purchased another mystery item that’s from the same seller, different model though. It’s just as cute and came with a mini wand for my character to hold! Good condition and came sealed.
