Krusteaz products are great.
I have made these muffins a lot. Quick, easy, and taste great. I grew up with Krusteaz Original Pancake mix. The company use to do community pancake dinners so the local schools could raise money for extra school programs or trips. Always sold out the dinner tickets, and they sold a truck load of pancake and waffle mixes...a win win for all.

Enhanced flavors
I made cupcakes but added additional orange emulsion and zest as well as more cranberries. I gave them out as gifts but everyone loved them.

I make Jumbo Muffins. There are no instructions for that. Took me a couple tries to get it right. I would have given a 5-star rating otherwise. I have been told that they taste as good as they look.
