Sweet Cocoa Seasoning, Full-Bodied Mocha Powder Topping Spice Blend. Chocolate Therapy - Flavor Republic (4.8 oz)

This is a delicious blend of sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, Nutmeg, and honey powder. Instead of having 'flavored' creamer it's nice just to use regular creamer with a sprinkle of this 'Chocolate Therapy' to top it off. I only gave it four out of five stars because I thought it was a bit misleading calling it "Chocolate Therapy" when it is not 100% chocolate, I was not expecting the other spices in this. (Although, I certainly DO like the other spices which are very tasty with the chocolate!)

I used this product with coffee stencils in lattes. I needed to use a small strainer one the stencils to sift out the large particles in the mix in order to get the designs to come out with any detail. Also, I found the flavor to be a little lacking; it did not add much to the coffee.

Really great! I put this on everything I want a sweet taste added to. As many other reviewers stated it isn’t the strongest chocolate flavor but I really enjoy it.

This is a great addition to your oatmeal, bagels or any other meal that needs a slight kick. However, it seems "lacking" on the chocolate front. You can slightly taste it, but the cinnamon and other spices seem to be overpowering it.But, there is no denying that this is a great powder for those of us watching our calories and want a slight kick to otherwise bland food.

Love to put this on my popcorn and anything else that could use a flavor boost that I don't want to add calories to. It is a unique flavor that isn't too sweet and takes any lower calorie dessert up a notch!

I use this in my coffee. It’s got a hint of chocolate and strong cinnamon flavor. If your not a fan of cinnamon this wouldn’t be for you.

a full bodied burst of flavor. A great addition to chef's arsenal. I've onlt had it a few days but so far I've used it on ice cream, waffles and oatmeal and all I can say is WOW! You gotta have this! ..... I should have bought 2.

There is a tag on my jar that reads and I am quoting verbatim:WARNING-this product contains chemicals known in the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. SERIOUSLY-WHAT ARE YOU DOING SELLING A PRODUCT THAT CAN CAUSE CANCER? And it doesn't even taste like chocolate-strong taste of cinnamon and nutmeg but really misleading calling it chocolate therapy-even if it tasted like the best chocolate on earth I would not want to eat something that comes with a Warning tag on it. I have purchased hundreds of spices and there has never been a warning label on any of them so I am really very unhappy with this product.Don't know where all the five star reviews are coming from but this is terrible selling a carcinogenic and birth defect product disguised as a spice.I wish I could get my money back but I mistakenly broke the seal before I saw the tag.

Delicious. Not super chocolatey but very aromatic and helps plme out down plain oatmeal
