These spoons for soup are of very good quality, well-made, and work like a charm even after few uses. I love them.

The media could not be loaded. Your basic asian style soup spoon. We eat pho all the time and these are thr kinds of spoon we need. Typically pho is served at bear boiling temps (to cook the rare beef) so the spoons need to be cool enough to sip from. Metal spoons will burn the lips and tongue at these temps. So it's important to have the right kind of spoon for the right dish. These are not to be used like regular western style spoons where the entire spoon is put in the mouth. I've had these spoons for about a year and a half, they're great. I like them because they're not metal and doesn't get too overwhelmingly hot when eating soup. Only bad thing is that after a while they do start to stain and the stain will not come out no matter what I've tried, but that's to be expected with utensils made of this material.

…..searching for these spoons for weeks. Most are too fragile or too short for my adult son. He's a ramen/phò/yaki soba eater from kindergarten. This Christmas, I thought I'd get him set up right. (He's the guy that has most everything.)These spoons are durable (melamine?) and long-handled. Plus ~ there are 12! Price point, rocks.

Honestly there's not much to be said here. They're extremely cost-effective, pretty solid quality for plastic spoons, have a great design to help keep the spoon from falling into or out of bowls and are easy to clean. There's nothing extremely special about them but no notable issues with them either. They're just simple, plain, well-made plastic soup spoons that do their job. What more can you ask for?

I personally like a very good bowl of Vietnamese Pho. I would highly recommend the spoons as you would find these to be of the same quality you would find at a very good Asian restaurant. It has the notch and the handle hook to rest it on your bowl with the flat bottom. It's always a delight and a pleasure to experience a good bowl of soup with a proper spoon! 😋

I enjoy Asian dishes such as ramen and pho. My pet peeve is when the traditional Asian spoons I use slide completely into the soup. This is a clever solution so that annoyance. I love quality, inexpensive products that solve life's irritations.
