My first time trying kamut. These taste really good. Didn’t leave me feeling bloated like traditional wheat. They don’t take as long to get al dente as chickpea pasta. Only abou 7-9 minutes.

These are really great in hot and cold dishes.. Vegan friendly, aswell as great for pasta sensitive people like me.. Eating these DONOT make you feel lathargic afterwardIm able to eat and go. I love them, I'm about to try the elbow kamut and more.. I'll keep y'all posted as I try new ones..
