I bought this Rose food for my indoor miniature roses. A little goes a long way. My roses love it. I've had as many as 17 blooms on one plant after using this rose food. This comes with a two-sided measuring spoon. The smallest side makes one gallon of rose food. This will make an incredible amount of rose food. My goal is to live long enough to use it all up.

I have always relied on MiracleGro, so I tried their specialist fertilizer on my roses. The results are good, although I am not sure that it is worth the complication of applying a fertilizer on the roses that is different from the one I use on the rest of the flower border. But a definite one-star deduction for poor directions: the majority of gardeners are older, and so printing directions in a minute font in a non-contrasting color is just plain stupid!

Made roses bloom and grow

This is the best rose food on the market. Cost here in half the cost of a hardware box store. Water soluble and comes with a green plastic spoon to measure what you need. This fertilizer gives your roses a boost in the fall. Do not recommend in the hot summer weather. There is no odor, and the content gives your roses the healthy nutrients they need. We highly recommend purchasing this from Amazon. A win-win all around,

My miniature roses are in their 7th year outside as 9-foot high, full-sized white roses. I got them as a Christmas mail-order gift in tiny tin can. The roses had fallen off in shipment and all that was left was a 4" main stem. I transplanted it into a 10 gallon pot, sat it outside in the full AZ desert sun and started weekly Saturday Miracle Grow Plant Food feedings of one level large scoop in a half-gallon of reverse osmosis water. After a week it began to grow taller and in two weeks tiny little rose buds popped out. I put it on a twice-daily irrigation system. I did have to use an anti-fungus spray that first year when white fungus showed up on the underside of the roses, even in the 110+ degree Phoenix heat. Now the miniature flowers are no longer miniature, as they grow full-sized. I put it beside the house in summer so it gets only four hours of direct sun, then full sun the winter months. It has been in a half-barrel pot for over six years and going strong. I attribute that to Miracle Grow Rose Plant Food. Having a reputation for a having a "green thumb," my sister-in-law in WI gave me her miniature rose plant at the end of the Wisconsin growing season three years ago. After three weeks of riding in the sink of our motor home it arrived home as only a little Charlie Brown plant that I thought was dead. Miracle Grow to the rescue, I followed the same survive and thrive cycle of our older roses. It is watered twice daily for 10 minutes by the irrigation system. When budding slows when temps go over 115, I move to the side of the house so it gets four hours of hot sun. It loves lots of full sun, lots of water and, of course, Miracle Grow Rose Plant Food. I attached a picture of it after 3½ years.

Very expensive but good cheaper elsewhere
