First off, I appreciated the clear directions provided on the bottle and also emailed to me-emphasizing how important it is to follow the recommendations! I treated my daughters very long hair, for the first time, so from start to finish it took me three hours. In addition to the keratin treatment, I purchased a stylist's applicator brush and cup, a straightener that reaches 450 degrees and a fine-toothed comb. These made the process much easier and gave me confidence that I was doing each step correctly as described. As I said, she has very long, wavy hair which had been color treated for the summer so it was very frizzy, especially at the ends. ( I wish I had purchased some larger hair clips to more easily section her hair.) With one $75 bottle I was able to do an entire treatment and still have almost half a bottle left. To have a stylist do the treatment the cost would have been over $400. We were both very happy with the results. As anxious as she was to wash her hair, she followed the directions and waited the three days. Her hair is now smooth and soft and the frizziness is completely gone. Also, her hair dries much more quickly now! I highly recommend this product. This was my first time doing it myself, and I was thrilled with the results.

This used to leave my hair so soft and moisturized and now it just leaves this gross, waxie film on it, no matter how much I rinse. Absolute waste of money!

I want a refund because when i recieved this stuff,when i oppened the box, its nessy its all over inside the box! It popped up! I email the owner but until now they did not reply.

I really like this products. I had the Keratin Research straightener done to my hair so I was sold on these two products. It makes my treatment last longer. It smells good and make my hair really soft and easy to maintain.I am a very satisfied customer.
