Received only one. Raised a complaint, but there was no reply.

Need to order one size smaller to be snug but it's ok as my son will be able to use it in the future as he grows older.

Comfortable to do the workout or rugby practise.I'm 33-34" usually at seems L is a better fit than M if you want to not get it too tight.

I had hernia surgery and needed some support. I found these and ordered the same size as my regular underwear. These were way smaller. I could wear them but they felt like they were cutting me in half at my waistline.I kept them as it was all I had and they worked if I didn't mind being squeezed to death.They do seem to be very well made. The elastic was comfortable other than being way too tight.I would recommend these but only if they ran truer to size. Order larger size than normal would be my recommendation.
