FebSmart FS-4C-U8S-Pro is a PCIE X4 interface to 8X superspeed 5Gbps USB 3.0 ports expansion card. It is based on 1X ASMedia ASM1812 20Gbps PCIE bridge controller and 4X RENESAS UPD720201 USB 3.0 host controller, will compatible with ARM, AMD, and Intel hardware platforms. It will provide 4X independent USB 3.0 5Gbps channels, 20Gbps total bandwidth on 4X external USB-A and 2X internal 19Pin USB 3.0 header interface. The 2X 19Pin USB 3.0 header will extend to 4X USB-A ports on Desktop PCs front panel, users will get 8X superspeed USB 3.0 5Gbps max ports in total. 1X external USB 3.0 port and 1X internal USB 3.0 port will share 1X USB 3.0 5Gbps bandwidth. 8X USB 3.0 Ports will share 20Gbps bandwidth. It is built in FebSmart Self-Powered Technology, no need to plug any additional power cables from Desktop PCs power supply unit. Allow each USB 3.0 channel two USB 3.0 ports get 5V/3A 15W (5V/12A 60W in total) max power supply from motherboard directly for connected high power consumption USB 3.0 devices. It is mainly used on Desktop PCs, Working Stations, and NAS data centers for high-bandwidth USB 3.0 devices which including USB industrial cameras, USB VR-Systems, USB 3.0 NVME enclosures, USB live broadcast devices, USB 3.0 SSD/HDD enclosures, USB 3.0 video adapters and USB 3.0 universal docking stations. It also works with normal USB-A interface devices such as USB keyboard, USB mice, USB speakers, USB KVM switch, USB HUB, USB flash drive, printers, gaming pad, smartphone, tablet and more USB devices.
