I LOVE this machine!!
OK this is the very first review I have taken the time to write but this product more than deserves it! I am a professional dog trainer training and boarding dogs in my 3000 sq. ft home sometimes having more than 15 dogs at a time here that are incorporated into every part of my home. Most people would read this and say ..well then her standards for "clean" can't possibly be that high with that many dogs, WRONG! The clients that frequent my business are clients with very high standards they eould hire a nanny rather than leave their dogs anywhere that remotely resembled or smelled like a kennel they choose to leave their dogs in a luxurious and very clean enviorment and they are always impressed with the fact that they can walk in on any given day and the house never smells like a single dog has been here! The floors are kept so clean you can eat off of them! I have hardwood, marble and ceramic tile through out the house. That being said, you know the maintenance can't possibly be easy and BTW I am a 1 woman show No I don't have a staff doing the cleaning for me lol For years I have tried almost every single floor cleaner that has come out on the market...Hoover, Roomba, Bissell etc. after approximately a minimum of 5k in machines throughout the years I was skeptical about purchasing a $200 machine who's brand was not familiar to me, yet it looked so similar to the current top of "my" list Bissell ...but has a rotating brush and cordless which intrigued me so I took the risk! I am so glad I did! This thing is worth every penny! It packs a sucton power I would never have expected for a cordless machine that is basically weightless (a very pleasant surprise to me!) I can't say enough about how wonderful this thing is, it is easy to manuverre and does a really great job of cleaning, getting the hair & debris plus it finishes up by drying it too! I LOVE this machine! I just received it but will add pictures and more details as I continue to use it.

Sadly...skip it.
I was very excited to try this. I have had a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner for over 15 years and I was excited to have the hard floor cleaner. It cleaned great and was easy to use...I loved it. After a month it just quit working. I exchanged it for a new one and loved it!! It lasted 6 weeks. It may be a battery issue but whatever it is they don’t last. I next tried the Hoover and sent it back. It cleaned okay but leaked all over the place when you put it away. I now have the Bissell Crosswave and it doesn’t clean quite as good as the Rug Doctor did (it doesn’t leave the floor as dry), but I’ve had it for about two months and it is still working well. Although I would say skip this and buy the Bissell, I have to admit if they fixed the problem with this one I would try it again. One last thing, the battery only lasts about 30 minutes so it works best for spot cleaning...that is another advantage of the Bissell.

Cleans much better than a mop.
I live in an older apartment with original hardwood floors. Outside is a black parking area, and the floors always have black dust on them, which could not be completely removed with a mop, even a steam mop. This machine seems to remove almost all the black dust! My only complaint is that the suction could be better. I had hoped it would suck up the dirt down in the cracks between the boards, but it really didn't. The unit is very light and easy to use. The charge lasts long enough for me to clean all the floors in my apartment.

Worked great until, less than six months later, it didn't
This product was perfect and worked flawlessly for nearly six months. It's lightweight - quite unlike the "light" Bissell product it replaced, which gave me a backache every time I used it. Suction is/was adequate, which makes it comparatively remarkable. Then, quite suddenly, it stopped working, nearly altogether. Switch on, motor turned for a few seconds, then died. Battery showed fully charge (and had been charging overnight, so that seems right.) I decided a six month product life, though disappointing, is a regrettable but acceptable tradeoff. So i ordered another. I'll submit a warranty claim (one year warranty) but by the time I pay for shipping, the $80 discounted price on the manufacturer's web site is probably more cost-effective strategy.

Leaks Water
I use this on a tile floor. This floor cleaner is ok for the price, but just know it will leak water and after you use it and when you move it to put it away it leaves a stream or puddle of water. The good thing is that it really vacumes up water well so after you clean your floor will be dry. it does not spray out much water as you clean, so it seems like it is not really doing much. But after you are done the water in the dirty water cup is brown, so it must be working. For the price it is decent, but I think I will spring for the Bissel and see if it works better. This one works well other than the issue of the water leaking. does come with a tray to rest it in after which is intended to catch the leaking water, but it leaks as I am taking it to the tray, so there is still water that needs to be wiped up after I use it. Also, I wish it sprayed out a little more water during cleaning. But all in all, if you are willing to wipe up the water with a couple paper towels after you are done, you will like this, since it is a lot cheaper than the other ones.

Impressive Machine!!
I could not be more impressed with this machine!! Light weight but packs a cleaning punch that I would not have exp cited for a small cordless machine. It is lightweight and easy to use because there is no cord to get in the way.My biggest concern was leaving moisture on the wood floors, but it does a phenomenal job of removing the water residue. When you see the amount of dirt it removes it makes you wonder if you were just pushing it around with the old mop and leaving it to just continue to build up😳😝Very happy with this purchase, and would do it again and recommend to friends and family.
