Healing sleeve
From Chronic Leukemia and 6 years of chemo my joints ache , my kneecaps pop out sideways with lots of pain and slow healing . I spent so much money in the past on painful hard braces , difficult to wear and almost impossible to sleep in . Then someone lent me a vital salveo knee sleeve ! There is no comparison . With vital salveo sleeves , there was painless healing . They are easy to wear under clothes , a dream to sleep in , comfortable at all times . I only need them for a few days instead of weeks at a time . I have bought the wrist , knee , carpal tunnel , elbow and ankle sleeves . They have been nothing short of miraculous in my life . I have lent mine out so many times that I have had to buy several of the wrist / carpal tunnel sleeves and knee sleeves .

Wrist sleeve is not long enough for kettlebell workouts.
Could be maybe another inch longer.

I've tried them all and this is the best one.
the most comfortable compression yet. Not too tight, not too loose. Good quality

Sizing is spot on, compression is good.
They fit perfectly, they feel good, but after a few weeks of wearing them I can already tell the material is getting a bit stretched as compression isn't as good, but its still helpful levels of it. Worried about washing them much as, again, the stretching has already started, and washing can only make that worse.I do think they're overpriced, was definitely miffed when I realized I only had a single 'sleeve' in my cart and had to order two. I understand only wanting one as often the issues occur only from mousing, or on your dominate hand/wrist, but they should be under $10 per unit, unless they're going to guarantee the same level of compression for a year+ or something like that. Even then, that'd basically be false advertising as they are NOT going to retain their level of compression past ~6 months of daily usage, at the absolute most.

Don't love it, but don't hate it either...
I have carpal tunnel in my right wrist that has been getting progressively worse over the past year. I wear a stiff brace at night but wanted something that offered more mobility for daily activities. I'll list a few things that I liked, and did not like.-- I do like that this brace covers the base of the palm. I have pain, numbness, and weakness at the base of my thumb so I am happy that this brace covers that area.-- I like that it is flexible, and provides mobility for typing, and other daily activities.-- Although it is flexible, I feel like it may be too flexible? I like that I can still move my wrist, but a stiffer material or a soft insert would be a nice option.-- I have smaller hands/wrists, I ordered a small and it fits nicely, however I wish it were more compressive around the wrist. Perhaps, more compression would not be a good idea medically? Who know, I wish it were tighter though.-- I like that it is machine washable.Overall, I like this brace, but it is not perfect. It provides more support than nothing at all so it is a nice product to have. I do think I will search for a brace that is more stable yet flexible (if that exists), and that covers the palm/base of thumb.

Great Comfort just too small for me
This brace was probably the 10th one I had tried and the first one that was comfortable. I have some carpel tunnel pain from frequent keyboard/mouse use. I have been searching for a long time to find a comfortable brace but I have had no luck. I've tried the futon ones, the strap on ones, the +$40 ones - this one was the most comfortable. It did help with the pain but it ended up being to small for my hand. The cloth between my pointer finger and thumb just rubbed to much. I have very big hands but they are thin too. I needed the small size for the wrist compression. Also, it would come off when I was sleeping (I do not know if I took it off or if it fell off).If I had smaller hands, this would have been perfect.Hand size (ordered size small brace):* Base to middle finger tip - 8 in* Palm width - 3.5 in

Really helps with wrist pain from typing
Wow, this really helps. I have chronic, carpal-tunnel-like pain (never officially diagnosed). The pain is lessened when I squeeze my wrist, so I thought something like this might help. It really does! It feels like it's cutting off circulation a bit after awhile (I was between sizes and went with the smaller size for better compression, which I think was probably right) so I have to take breaks. I'm able to type with it on but it's a bit harder than typing without it on - I make more typos. Not a big deal. Overall I recommend this because it helps the pain a lot while I'm wearing it! I haven't owned it long enough to see if it improves the pain overall (even when it's off).

Great for tiny wrists, but quality is questionable
I tried five or six wrist braces trying to find one with enough compression to fit my small wrist but without the stiffness of a splint. This one fits perfectly! I have arthritis in one hand and it can cause me to start losing the feeling in my fingers while typing at work, but this sleeve solves the problem. A perfect amount of compression on the wrist and hand. I do have tiny wrists (I have to have links removed from all small sized watches and bracelets) so this may not fit someone with larger wrists. That aside, I dropped two stars because I am seriously disappointed in the quality. The stitching around the thumb area is poorly done and I had to trim a ton of excess threads. The look of it makes me wonder about the life span it will have (see the picture). Honestly, for the price of it I expected better, but since it is the only one I have found that fits I will make do.

Perfect for typing and playing my musical keyboard!
This is a great addition to my office and music room. After many years of sitting behind a desk keyboard and playing keyboard as a musician this is just what I needed. I ordered this one and another brace that has a metal bar in it for more support. I ended up not using the other sleeve because it is too restrictive in movement. Since wearing this brace my hand no longer experiences any pain when working or playing keyboard. It provides the perfect amount of compression for each of my activities and helps to keep my hand warm. I highly recommend it if you have any pain while typing or playing music.

Just the right amount of compression to alleviate some pain.
I work as a software developer all day and like to game at night and after 20 years of computer work my wrists are both feeling their age (especially the right). This sleeve is just the right amount of compression, warmth and stabilization without restricting mouse movement. Also, they are super stylish and do not make me feel like I am wearing a medical device. I might order another one for when both are acting up at the same time. The only reason I gave it less than 5 stars is I felt that there almost needs to be half sizes. It fits every so slightly too tight on the arm portion but I feel like if I would have ordered a larger size the compression would not have been enough.

Pretty much exactly what I wanted
I've used a number of compression sleeves throughout the years as I work on the computer a lot and suffer from RSI / carpal tunnel syndrome. I seriously can't live without them; they make a huge difference to level of comfort and I replace them whenever I loose them.I bought this particular one in a small and the compression is tighter than others I've owned but it's fantastic and comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. The quality seems to be well made and I'm expecting it to last. The only thing is that I personally find the part above the thumb area rises quite high but this is personal preference as my other ones didn't rise as much.Recommended.

Just ok
I have 5.5" wrist and it was slightly a bit big and because of that didn't give me the support I needed. It was nice enough and certainly light weight, but kind of like wearing winter gloves so perhaps works for that season.
