I just found out about this product from my son's OT a few months back and had to make this purchase! This has been the best purchase for my autistic child ever! A great purchase for a child who has attention issues and fidgets a lot. I am very happy with my purchase and I loved the quality! A definite recommend buy!

My 9 yr old grandson is extremely hyper and has trouble staying focused and on-task in class. These pencils help him stay focused by giving him an outlet for his energy.

If you are a classroom teacher these fidget pencils are worth checking out. I purchase these pencils for a teacher friend of mine who has a student with ADHD. These fidget pencils allow students to have something in their hands that they can play with without causing a distraction or making any noise.These pencils have nuts bolts and screws attached to them that the student can twist around quietly while staying engaged with what is going on in the classroom. They can also be passed out as fun incentives for students who are showing positive behavior.A couple downfalls are that students may easily lose the fidgets or forget to use the tool altogether.The teacher will need to set up a plan for how and when the students can use these fidget pencils along with other strategies to keep the fidget pencils productive.The fidget pieces can be taken off and attached to other pencils if needed. The pieces are also interchangeable with each other. They are made of a strong plastic and are very durable. The price for this set of 6 is the best price deal that I have found for the quality of the product.I would highly recommend that any teacher purchase a set for their classroom.

Using for child who gets board or just sitting to long especially with on line school. Works well to keep hands busy yet able to focus .

I LOVE these pencil toppers! I got them for my son who has ADHD so that he could have something to fidget with in class. I had tried other pencil toppers (squeeze balls, the fuzzy kind) and none of them worked because he just popped them off and tossed them around. These are amazing. He can screw the bolts up & down the pencil without it coming off. The first few days he had them the other kids in class would tattle that he had a toy but the teacher was on board in advance. These are definitely the best fidget toppers I've every tried!

Our son is SPD with some attention deficit and hyperactivity - in other words, just a normal boy but with a little more challenge than usual. After the novelty of these wore off these have been very comforting for him. He knows why they're there so they are a reminder that he needs to learn to control his emotions and actions. He also sees them as a confirmation he is successful.At first, of course, they were a major distraction. We had to take them away - had to so he could focus on homework, but not as a punishment.Now they're just there, where his hands are, to chew or twist as he wants. It brings the attention back to his hands, the pencil and the paper.

Items were cheaply made and several did not work properly. They should have been able to screw or move and several couldn't do that at all.Returned them all without a problem.

I've used these with my middle schoolers to good effect. (It's not a magic bullet, but there is a small-but-noticeable reduction of knuckle-head behavior in kids who are using these.) The fidgets slide off, so they can be reattached to other pencils. My Assistant Principal was having a fidget emergency the other day in another grade and came by to beg for one of these.
