cheap and very useful, no static
This is nice one without scratching surface of whatever you are handling. I messed up a focus screen before by using a tweezer without a rubber tip. This rubber tip is essential for surface like glass or shining metal surface. Don't risk leaving a mark by using a regular one.

Great made tweezers
I bought these to help separate my seedling and the work perfectly...

Does what I want.
They help to pick up and position tiny components for my model building hobby. The rubber tip has a non slip grip. Excellent for the task.

They're OK
I could have sworn I ordered a set with all four having different tips, but based on my order history, apparently not - I got a set with two angled and two flat tips and that's what shows when I look at the product in my order history.Note that I am not a compensated endorser and pay for my purchases with my own money. At any rate, these are decent. The metal part is not the highest grade or sturdiest you'll find anywhere, but at the same time, it doesn't feel really cheap. The rubber tips, as others have noted, do not have a tight grip, but I knew that going in, and for my purposes, they've worked. I use the angled ones to handle pet medication (pills) that you're not supposed to touch with your bare hands, and I used the flat tips to get a string ball end into a particularly frustrating guitar tailpiece the other day too. These could certainly be improved by having the rubber tips be less floppy and have a stronger grip, but depending on what you need them for, they might be fine.
