Great!
This case is very sturdy. I like that it has a screen protector built in. Sits at almost any desired angle because of its nice stand/handle. I bought this as a replacement because the first (identical product) broke. It was the stand/handle that broke and I’m not surprised because I’ve had some epic battles with my kiddo about putting it away for dinner/bedtime etc. so we had tugs of war on the thing. Sigh. Kids! Great product!

Perfect for tabletop use in either portrait or landscape orientation. Easy to handhold.
I have an iPad Mini (A17 pro). I wanted a case to be used on a tabletop in either portrait or landscape. The angle needed to be adjustable. And I wanted it to be light enough to hand hold without strain. Finally, the case needed to have a handle to use when handholding. I use the fingerprint sensor to login. The Fintie Case for iPad Mini 7 (A17 Pro, 7th Generation) 2024 / iPad Mini 6 (6th Gen) 8.3 Inch, [Tuatara Magic Ring] 360 Degree Rotating Shockproof Rugged Cover with Screen Protector, Navy meets all of my requirements perfectly. It comes with a plastic screen protector. Putting my iPad into the case was simple and obvious. The screen protector goes onto the front of the iPad and then the iPad is fitted into the rubber back of the case. The rubber is stretches to surround the edge of the iPad. I was able to use the fingerprint sensor. The screen is as sensitive as ever.If there is any dust or fingerprints, you will see it. Before installing the screen protector, ensure that the iPad screen is completely clean. Also clean both sides of the screen protector before attaching it to the iPad.

great protection, good quality!
very good function & protection. if i dropped it, i'm confident my ipad will be just fine.the ring swivel design is so easy to use & carry aroundgood value for the moneyonly thing was for me it was slightly heavy, which many ring swivel cases are, but I tend to like light things that are effortless to hold.all in all, highly recommend

Surprisingly good screen protector, amazing stand, robust protection
If the thing you care about most in a case is having a good stand, this is your case. The stand is amazingly versatile, being able to be used in portrait or landscape with it either in a “tent” or "foot” configuration, which each have their own advantages (tent is good for very flat angles, but takes up more table space, foot is good for very upright angles and takes up less space.) The hinge has a nice detentless friction mechanism that lets you angle it pretty much anywhere from 15 degrees up to 180 and have it stay put, if you’ve used a Microsoft surface it is similar except the stand base also rotates around 360 degrees on the pivot point as well with detents every 45 degrees. Those detents are a little less sure feeling than the main stand hinge, but won’t be an issue using it as a stand since of the way the forces line up, can feel a bit jiggly when using the stand as a handle though. That is one thing I’m still getting a hold of, using it as a grip. I haven’t figured out if the best way is to open it the minimum angle and slide my hand through keeping it flat from one side or the other, or to open it a bit further and hold it like a handle with a closed fist. I wouldn’t recommend opening it all the way at the 180 position and using it as a handle from that side, the extra distance exaggerates the wigglyness of that pivot point and creates a bit too much of a moment arm to hold comfortably, although holding it that way from the top as a handle when you aren’t actively using it seems to work well enough. Update: putting the grip pointing down and left and sliding my hand under the open side seems to work best for me as it keeps my hand at a relatively comfortable angle and the corner rests slightly on palm stabilizing things.I normally hate plastic screen protectors, especially the rubbery ones that sometimes get built into cases, but this one is amazingly good. It isn’t rubbery at all and has a nice smooth finish that is almost indistinguishable from glass. It also doesn’t appear to cause any noticeable distortion or have any air gaps, which is pretty impressive for this type of design. I haven’t noticed any loss of sensitivity using it. The only minor niggle I can find with it is there is a tiny amount of adhesive visible in one of the corners that appears to have flowed out when they attached the protector to the case, it isn’t any real problem as it is well away from the actual usable part of the screen and is only maybe a mm wide.Update on the screen protector: I ended up removing it after one day of use. It didn’t cause any obvious distortion, but it’s too reflective (makes blacks look washed out in most lighting, and I use dark mode for everything) and picks up fingerprints too much which affect image quality in their own way.The case appears to be very protective, there is substantial rubber on all the corners and it is quite thick on the back with a waffle like texture on the inside to absorb any impacts. Strangely there is a lip around the camera hole even though the thickness means the camera was already recessed substantially without it. The lip actually makes it sit slightly uneven if you have it on the side facing down when using the stand in some configurations (most noticeable with the tablet in upside down portrait mode with the stand as a tent,) but it’s easy enough to avoid with how flexible the stand is. There is a substantial lip around the screen to protect it, making it kind of feel like you have to reach IN to use it, but it isn’t too bad. The openings for the speakers/mics are nice and wide, and the power button is easy enough to use with the opening there guiding your finger to it (it is uncovered so Touch ID can work.) I don’t love the groove on the side for an Apple Pencil as it is less comfortable to hold than the other side which is much more flat, but at least it doesn’t have a giant slot on the front like it appears that many cases with rotating stands do. I can’t judge how well a Pencil stays in the groove and charges as I don’t have one and don’t intend to get one (thus not wanting a giant slot for one.)The fit and finish is generally good, with no sharp edges on the hard plastics as far as I can tell. Nearly everything is textured, and generally the molding lines are hidden except for where they can’t be (ring of the stand) and aren’t too exaggerated. There is a small amount on the rubber volume buttons and the flap for the charge port (which seems otherwise well made and fits nicely, I’ll have to see how much it annoys me first before deciding whether to cut it off as I usually do in cases that have them... update: haven’t removed it after a week, I just don’t need to charge the thing enough for it to annoy me much.) One note on the volume buttons is that they are labeled incorrectly, the + is in the button that makes the volume go down. Considering the buttons aren’t labeled at all on the iPad itself, this isn’t a huge fault.
