I used it on my shoulder the day i received it for my softball game. It really helped me the pain i get on my shoulder when i throw the ball was not as bad as usual i'm gonna continue to use it for the rest of the season. I recommend this product for anyone who is considering buying it.

Not exactly like the famous name brand, but it works to put on for easy exercise.

It's just OK. You're better off with KT Tape which seems to be of sturdier material. The biggest drawback to this product is the amount of residue it leaves on your skin - it's way too much.

the best athletic tape. I have plantar fascias on both heals and this works perfect. stays put and just the right size length.
