The serum came on time. When I applied it, the texture is very smooth and it gave my skin a firm feeling.After use 7 days of daily use, the fine lines have decreased noticeably and after another week, the skin has brightened. I'm very satisfied.

I'm a little upset. Like I love makep:rem products. They are high quality, effective products. BUT went to use this for the first time this morning (delivered yesterday) and noticed this (see pic)! I didn't pay $30 for half a bottle! Is this used?! WTF cuz that's gross!I'm not the go full on Karen type but, DEFINITELY not buying from this seller again unless they make it right!
