I made my first cup of tea two days ago and drank it around 3 pm. It is 2 days later, and I finally am feeling the effects from it. I had no cramping or urgent BM the day I took the tea, or yesterday. Today, I had cramping and loose stools but nothing like what the reviewers described. The cramping is not severe AT ALL and the BM do not have me running to the bathroom. In fact, I noticed the cramping and urge to have a BM this morning when I was leaving my apartment to get to work. That was at 8:20 am. It is now 10:20 am and I finally had time to hit the restroom at work to relieve myself. A little disappointed because I was expecting this to really work some magic and relieve me from my weekend of horrible eating. My coworker drinks this regularly (ok maybe not everyday but it’s a staple in her house for when someone is backed up or needs a little aid in weight loss) and she said that sometimes it takes her a couple of days to work as well. So I’m assuming my experience isn’t totally abnormal. The tea once steeped STINKS. I can’t say how it tastes on its own because I was too scared to try it plain due to the smell lol. I added some Mio (orange flavored) to mine and it tasted pretty good. I didn’t have honey so I opted for this lol. I will continue to drink this and see if I have a better experience.***edited 2 days after original review***my coworker brought me some of hers because I wasn’t expecting to get mine as fast as I did. I tried it at work with no sweetener or flavor added and it’s fine. It also doesn’t smell. Maybe I didn’t steep mine long enough? Anyway, it’s been working more effectively (I’ve had two additional cups of this tea since original review was written). The cramps and urgency are getting a bit worse but still not severe.

I’ve been ordering this product for couple months now and found that it definitely helps me when I get backed up which is why I continue to buy the product. Like any other product results will vary so it can take a day or two for your tummy to let you know ITS TIME but it’s worth the wait so do plan on staying home relaxing. The taste will take time to get used to but I don’t find it to be bitter or gross. I would compare the taste to black tea. I do add honey to give it a sweet taste but overall this product is natural way in emptying all your insides lol to include any bloating. Definitely NOT for kids of all ages. Hope this helps

JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL... he tried and couldn't! :(first off... these aren't three ballerina's but three bi*!ches >(I started this tea on day one...nothing happened... i let it sit longer on day 2...nothing happened. Day three! Bruh! Came in like a theaf in the night and stole my sleep!! ;,(1) this tea works very well but let me tell you! If you have not done a cleanse in a while or years, it will cause you a lot of cramping, due to the build up of gunk in your system. Any cleanse will do that pretty much.2) DO not plan anything!!!!! stay home!3) Buy a box of matches! a nice scented candle will not mask anything.... just makes for floral poo..no one likes floral poo4) clean your bathroom and lay out a nice comfy pallet!5) Make sure your phone and lap top are charged for entertainment6) If you have children, I highly recommend a babysitter!7) If you can install an OH S*** handle... This tastes good! Just added a little drop of raw honey for added benefits. Had tummy issues after supper the day before, took this the next morning and it helped me same day!

The taste was unbearable

It worked better than I expected. My stomach is now relieved! I recommend you stay home for a few hours once you take it. Do not take it before going to work or an event. If you take it at night, you will be in the bathroom for a few hours in the morning. The taste is okay, but I added lemon juice with it or a drop of honey. It definitely feels like 3 ballerinas danced in my stomach and I am no longer constipated

Hi, I was influenced through TikTok to get this tea in hopes that it would get rid of my water weight.I could not stop going to the bathroom for three days. It woke me up out of my sleep to go poop. I had to take anti diarrhea to get it to stop. On day 5 I developed a kidney infection, where for the past week I’ve been on antibiotics which didn’t work and then had to go to the hospital to get a shot in my butt. Do not recommend at all it’s been very painful.Never noticed a difference at all other than being constantly sick for two weeks now.Don’t be influenced, don’t do it. I’m telling you this is not worth it.
