I use this at least once a month to help with a nice cleanse to my system. The taste is mild and with the cost of other cleanse products this one is quick and a value. If you use it more than once in a week it may cause cramps. It functions as it advertises, it is organic and not to strong to upset your system and does not take a week.

Great stuff. Taste is good and it cleans out your system. New users should be aware that the tea can have very quick results, and you might want to stay close to bathroom.

This tea works really good for me, when they don't have it at Wal-Mart, I usually order mines in Amazon. Now I get it every month been taking this for yrs and yrs now. Love this tea

It makes you go to the restroom. The pieces aren’t individually wrapped. It has an earthy taste. As for hunger, it controls it for maybe an hour.
