Perfect Width for Ribs, Brisket, & Pork Butt
With the standard 18" width I found that I was using two sheets to get enough width to cover most of the meats I was smoking.The 24" of this paper is perfect. Having a single sheet gives more control on evaporation and liquid leaks. I've used it on many cooks so far, and no complaints whatsoever.
