The spot has to be dressed every 12 hours, and the gauze and wound scab has to be removed with a cotton socked with warm chamomile. It takes 3 to 5 minutes to soften and remove the scab.For ear infection we use a Q tip with Olive Oil and 1 - 2 drops TTO. No mater of the Expiration date I replace every 6 month. Great quality and i've been using this brand for over 20 years. Very effective on stubborn acne spots. I use a Q tip and touch on hormonal or persistent acne. Works like magic. Warning that it could burn the skin. Use it gently.
