Got this book from off of a core exercise book. It mainly tells you how to fill a bowel with healthy food. I don't eat everything in book but I'll give it a try. Great price, shipped fast.

Amazing pictures and beautiful recipes. Truly a source of delicious inspiration! The recipes are simple, healthy and quite easy. Great purchase. The Kindle format makes the photos shine!

The Table of Contents is unusual and tailored for e-readers.The TOC is comprised of color photographs of each dish, with the name shown below, which is a link to the recipe. Click on the name of the recipe and you are taken directly to it – no page numbers.Recipes are well organized and include nutritional information. They also include links to the specific item when it is a blend of other ingredients. To get an idea of what I mean, take a look at the photo screen shots I have attached to this review.After viewing the blend that you clicked on, hit the back button to return to the meal. Or, if you wish, click again on the back button to go to the TOC.Length: Print, 72 pages.Q - How was this book obtained?A – Bought on Amazon.Q - Are there a lot of typos/misspellings, grammatical errors or other editing failures?A – No.Q - Is this a fast, easy read or is it more of a leisure read?A – This is a cook’s best friend, but, since it is recipes, it is more of a reference book.Q - My biggest pleasure or disappointment?A – Only two serious shortcomings:1 – Too few dishes, and2 – No meal prep times. Good ideas for combos to include in bowl meals. An OK book.
This book explains how to make bowl meals, and it has some good ideas for what combinations to put together. That's about all I can think of to say about it..

Healthy with beautiful presentation
The recipes all looked and sounded very good. Beautiful pictures for each recipe and a lot of nutritional information. Also a lot of helpful preparation ideas. This is the way we should be eating!

My favorite cookbook
This is an awesome recipe book. I use it at least once a week. I feel so healthy using the recipes and it encourages me to use new ingredients.

IPAD not compatible
Did not open in Kindle for IPAD. Order other books & never had this problem.

Can never have enough recipes for power bowls! Beautiful photos of prepared bowls included with simple-to-follow directions for breakfast, lunch & dinner!
