Absolut perfekte Größe und nach dem Einfrieren sorgen die Papiere dafür, dass die einzelnen Patties leicht trennbar sind. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen, weil ich so gleich 10 Patties übereinander einfrieren kann.

These are AMAZING! I even make and serve nachos on them! They fit my pans perfectly and lay flat. They are thick and high quality! Wish I had thought to look for and buy these sheets a lot sooner!

Makes baking easier. Perfect size for a jelly roll pan. Much easier than buying a roll of parchment and tearing off a sheet. If you’re thinking about it, don’t wait to buy it! Worth a try. I love buying a big pack. Lasts a good long while. Makes clean up easy and keeps pans tidy.

These just fit my cookie sheets. For years I have made cut-out cookies at Christmas using a hack I saw in a newspaper one time. Rather than chill a ball of dough, but it between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out. Then stack them up on a cookie sheet in the freezer. If not baking right away, you can keep them longer by placing the frozen sheets (with the paper) in a 2 gallon freezer bag. When ready to cut, first peel one side and then lay the paper back down lightly. This makes the cut cookies easier to remove. Then turn it over and peel the other side. You may have to wait a few minutes for the dough to get soft enough to cut easily, but don't wait too long. Use the paper you peeled off on the baking sheet. Not having to deal with the parchment paper on a roll just made this even more efficient. I haven't started this years cookies yet, but I'm looking forward to it. I have used it for baking buns, and they're perfect.
