Super cute love this doll so much

I'm really disappointed in Adora. My Daughter asked me to get this doll and I couldn't push her to choose something else. Workout Chic is the one of the most expensive Adora doll. However it has just 1/4 vinyl arms and legs. But her face definitely is the winner. I gave 3 stars because 1 star for the doll and 5 star for Amazon Customer Service. I got the first doll which didn't looked brand new seemed it was taken out before. Had problem with limbs (didn't rotate seemed somebody already tried but didn't worked). Got the second replacement doll which was brand new. But her little face was asymmetric one side of its face had more red than other side. Have to mention BOTH dolls are grayish. The skin color isn't the same than on the picture and unfortunately worst than on the picture. On the picture it has a cute "pinkish" face colour what I got both grayish. I have an older Adora doll which is much nicer I really like the color of her face and skin and the body is perfect the arms and legs rotate perfectly. Seemed Adora dolls don't have the same quality (e.g. Workout Chic and Simply D-lightful/I sent back this one and didn't give any chance for replacement). I just don't want my Daughter to be disappointed at Christmas this is the only thing why I asked Amazon for replacement and not for a refund. If I get a perfect workout chic replacement I will update this review.UPDATE: I got the 2nd replacement doll. Was very exited to open it. Doll looked perfect so I checked the arms and legs could rotate. On the arms (both!)had a red lines on the vinyl parts. I couldn't believe! So I contacted with Amazon again. They have an excellent customer service! It was offered to get the 3rd replacement doll but I wasn't sure after it I had a good chance to get a doll without any problem. So because my Daughter will be very disappointed if she doesn't get this doll from Santa I decided to keep one of these dolls. The asymmetric faced doll was the best choice. Without a same doll next to it it didn't seemed very bad. Amazon Assistant was very professional so with the solution what I got I didn't feel unsatisfied at all.Just for information I tried to contact with Adora Customer Service first. I sent email to them but I didn't get any answer. Nothing. You are very welcomed to contact with them :) however it seemed nobody cared. We tried on the phone too but the only answer was they didn't see my account and we didn't force them to do something.So my opinion didn't change too much. The Workout Chic doll is cute and the expression on her face is the same what you see on the picture (but the tone of the skin could be different - unfortunately not better). Don't forget it has just 1/4 vinyl arms and legs which means the short sleeve shirt, dress and shorts will not cover the cloth part. The newborn size clothes fit on the doll pretty good. If your Child want only this one I suggest you to order from Amazon (sold by Amazon and if you have any problem they will handle it) or buy in a store where you can see in person and return it if you have a problem with it. Because there are lots of reviews about this doll without any problem I think I just ran in a defective series. Maybe you won't but just in case good to know how you can get help. I would be happy to say Adora will help if you buy an expensive doll which costs more than $100 but my experience they just didn't give a helping hand.

This doll is for 6+. My daughter is almost 2 year but she just becomes so happy when she sees babies.. she was trying to put her bow pins in a doll with no hair so I realized the need of doll with hair. I was sent an open box as the seal /tape was not attached. However the doll was not used, so i was okay with that but i wish they had mentioned it. But when my daughter saw the doll she is so happy and the doll is so cute. Her hair is very smooth. She is big enough to fit in 0-3 months clothes.She is a little heavy for my 2 year old so if in few days she does not seem to care that much or doll’s weight becomes an issue that she falls while carrying the doll, I will store for her later.Also if you do not like smell of baby powder do not buy it.. because the smell is strong. I personally love it.

This doll is so pretty and can make you smile every time you look at her. She looks so lifelike and both my daughter and I really adore her. Newborn clothes fit her well. She has 1/4 limbs (the soft body cloth goes a couple inches past her knees and elbows) and we wish she had 3/4 limbs so she could wear more variety of clothes. Also because she has 1/4 limbs, it takes some effort to help her sit and pose (she has no problem lying down). The material that used to make her feels like hard plastic and we wish she was made with the material that is softer to the touch like the JC Toys doll seen the one of the pictures attached.Since her mouth is slightly opened to show her cute teeth/smile, we are able to cut the tip of the pacifier to fit. Some say we can use Blu-Tack to help stick the pacifier to the mouth but we don't want to try since we are not sure if it will mess up with her beautiful lips/teeth or not.Overall, she is a great doll to play with and to cuddle. She is also photogenic and I have never seen any doll with such a happy characteristic. If you're looking for a gift to a special girl in your life, you will not regret this :)

I gave this a 4 because the doll itself is very cute. The only complaint about the doll is that it was not weighted to feel like a real baby.As far as the packaging.....When I received the doll, the box was completely damaged. The moment I pulled out of the shipping box (which was in great shape) the doll box literally fell apart in my hands. I was so disappointed. The doll also did not smell like fresh baby powder it smelled like old perfume. If I had any speculations I would say the doll was a return that some child tore into the box before deciding she didn't want it and the company resold it as is. For the money I expected a much better experience.

Workout Chic by Adora was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. The doll is very cute and life-like. She was bought as a collector item instead of a child's toy, however she seems very well made and durable enough for play. Condition of the doll on arrival was a bit disheveled, messy hair and one shoe off but was very easily remedied. This doll is soft and cuddly and the expression on her face is unique and so happy! The eyes are expressive and a lovely shade. The vinyl of the legs ends shortly above the ankle and the arms are vinyl to just about where the elbows would be. The outfit is very well made and the shoes are soft and go on and come off easily. She has a lightly baby powdered smell but it is not over-powering. The hair is easy to comb and feels real to the touch. I think this doll would be a great addition for a collector as well as a wonderful gift for a child.

Such a cute, cheeky smile! This is an adorable doll who will make my granddaughter, the one who likes "smiley faces", very happy at Christmas. Her parents will also be happy because the doll is an Adora, a well-known company with a reputation for making high-quality dolls. This toddler's play clothes outfit is cute and well-made from good fabric, nothing thin or of shoddy workmanship. I only docked one star because the description claims her head turns and it doesn't. You can move it around a bit but it's stitched to the fabric body so it doesn't swivel and hold its new position. My mild objection is not so much with the doll herself as with the description.

This baby mesmerizes. The perfect eyes, lashes and smile, soft body with a nice weight, stunning clothes. A soft baby powder smell. Silky hair. I love her and so will Grandbaby when she gets a little older. I just wish it had arrived in the Adora Gift Box, with the clear plastic and packaging to reveal her sitting happily. This one came in a plain brown box, shoved in. This is my 5th Adora baby with a 6th on its way. (Covid keeps me in the house, no restaurants, no travel, no need for new clothes, I just buy Adora dolls!). If you can only afford one, this one should be at the very top of your list!

She’s so cute, smells good, my daughter loves her

This is the cutest doll I have ever seen! Very realistic and intricate features - extremely well made! Got it for my 90 year old mother who has severe Alzheimer's. She absolutely loves it and is always caressing her face and hair. To her it is a real little girl! Have had numerous people asking me where I got it and I always tell them to check on Amazon! Definitely one of the best purchases I have ever made!

So beautiful and well made. Smells pretty. Beautiful hair and love those eyes.
