Good for the price
First off, this phone is great for the $179. However, there are a few things to keep in mind before buying. The battery life was amazing the first day with several hours only using 5%, but the very next day and ever since is very poor (I've had this phone for a few weeks now) and only lasts a couple hours. The wifi chip is also very weak, I have 600 mb wifi but my phone only gets about 30, and only 10 if I'm a short distance away. Also, the face recognition is very good but the fingerprint reader is almost non-existent and does not read any of the prints I've tried and while Face ID can unlock the phone, only touch ID is accepted for biometric authentication or logging in for apps, Face ID should work for this too. The screen is also not very bright on maximum, it's much better than my last phone but still disappointing. And for anyone wondering about gaming, this runs CoD and PUBG pretty well but can not even install Fortnite, probably due to the GPU because all the other system requirements are met. For the price it is fairly good but there are some flaws.

Doesn't work on Cricket
Seems like a nice phone, but it doesn't work on Cricket even though the description indicates that it does.I inserted the Cricket SIM card and set up the phone. Everything worked fine for about an hour then I received a text from Cricket informing me that I had activated an incompatible phone and that my account had been suspended. If I tried to make a call it went directly to Cricket support. Inbound callers received a message that the number was not accepting calls. I could not contact Cricket support as a customer because my account was suspended. When I finally reached support I was informed that the device was not 4G compatible, which I'm pretty sure is incorrect. I tried to contact Cubot support but never received a reply.Cricket's online IMEI compatibility checker also indicated that it was not compatible.Disappointing!

Good stats, bad performance
Bought this as a replacement for my used Pixel 2 XL. The Cubot is slow all around. Some apps seem to take a minute to load compared to a few seconds on the Pixel. WiFi has serious issues and disconnects randomly through the day causing even more slowness. Bluetooth play stops or disconnects randomly and often. Spotify stops randomly even when not of BT. I've been busy with a new job otherwise I would have returned and found another Pixel.
