I like this tea very much. Oolong Teas are some of my favorite and this decaffeinated version is a rare find. I’m glad I ordered it and I will be ordering it again. The quality is high. The taste is smooth, and I think it’s a good price since you can steep the leaves more than once.

I bought it to try before getting it for a friend who can't find decaf oolong teabags. I like it and have just ordered another for myself and one for my friend. However, the offer on the back of the product says enter code tea10 and get 10% off on your next order. When you try to do that it is not accepted. If you go to their store, it also doesn't work. If you go to their website, they offer you a free teapot if you order more than $50 but they charge more than they do on Amazon, and you have to sign up for their newsletter first, which is a totally different name than CUSHLA....before you can get your FREEPOT code, which also does not work on THEIR WEBSITE. So..sacrifice the "deals", buy on Amazon, and enjoy the tea. I usually cannot drink black tea without honey and milk because of the tannic acid...the fact that this claims to solve that problem is worth the $$, even though I am a bit mystified how they arrive at how many "cups" per package, since both the loose tea and the 20 teabags contain 3 oz...yet the loose tea claims to be good for 30 cups and the bags for 40...and the loose, they say to use a teaspoon....so somewhere the math is mixed up...I ordered the caffeinated GABA tea to see if there is actually any difference....but I think maybe there is a language problem on their end...if anyone has clarification, I would like to know. BTW, I brew one bag in a middle sized frenchpress coffeepot (without using the pressing mechanism) and covering the pot with a lid, and have gotten more than 3 tasty "cups" to one bag, and able to sip on it all day, with no jitters. Overall 4 stars...lacking one for lack of clarity on packaging.

This was a much needed item & I was happy to find it.Although the taste differs slightly from my original 1, (which had caffeine), due to health reasons I needed to switch to caffeine free.I highly recommend this product.

I think the tea is stale

I have recently gotten back into drinking teas. But I need decaffeinated tea as the caffeine bothers with my sleep at night. This decaf oolong tea is the best I have tasted so far. I will definitely be drinking this for as long as they sell it. It brews up with a great flavor. It lets me make it as strong as I want or a weaker blend depending on how long I let the tea sit. The tea is in tea bags so there is no need to measure. Once brewed you can see that the tea leaves have expanded to release the full flavor. This is the tea for you if you desire decaffeinated oolong tea.

As a newcomer, I already envision becoming a regular. The woodsy essence in this tea is quite nice—both fresh and invigorating. I had reservations about online tea purchases' potential dryness or inferior quality, but this one has been an exceptional find. The freshness is well-preserved in its resealable packaging.

Scent and flavor are milder than caffeinated oolong but it has pleasant after taste for a person who should limit caffeine for 9 months. I love it and will recommend.Also, I’ve seen a review saying this is caffeinated with a picture of the back of the package, and I have to say that is an indicator of caffeine content and has 4 blank boxes mean “no caffeine”. You can check their different products with caffeines and these have some black boxes as it is caffeinated.
